Phil Serrani’s Sanitary Bakery was founded in 1948 by Philip
Serrani and is currently owned and operated by the second
generation, Billy and Jeanne, Philip’s son and daughter.

We specialize in handcrafted Italian, French, Semolina, and
Artisan breads.

We bake seven days a week, on the premises, using only the highest quality ingredients, with no additives or preservatives. All of our bread is hand formed by our team of bakers, and baked to perfection in our ovens.

We also make specialty breads including Stone Ground Whole Wheat, Pullman, Campagna Loaves, Focaccia, Challah Bread,
Raisin Bread, and Panettone, and rolls such as Seven Grain,
Walnut-Raisin, Orange Fennel, Olive, and Rosemary.

To satisfy your sweet tooth, we carry a wide range of cookies,
muffins and sweets, including many South American pastries.
